Question What does BKSP offer?
AnswerBKSP launched in 2021 with a mission to empower women to live healthy lifestyles and embrace who they are while minimizing their environmental footprint. We offer sustainable, eco-friendly, fashionable, flattering, and functional studio-to-street activewear for all women. Black Sheep – BKSP was created to inspire women around the world to embrace their uniqueness and live healthy lifestyles.

We’re proud to be Australian-made and owned. We’re based on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria and our clothing is made in Melbourne, Victoria. Our roots are grounded in purpose and doing things differently so that we can ensure that we are minimizing the impact on the environment and maximizing the impact we make in our communities. 

BKSP is always ethical and eco-friendly and adopts an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality functional pieces that compliment your lifestyle and personal expression of style. Question How often do you release new styles?
AnswerOur brand model is based on the slow fashion philosophy. We work with our manufacturer to create small-batch collections that are ethically made and aim to reduce the textile waste clogging our landfills; benefiting the planet and the people.

Each item is made with high-quality fabrics that are made to last. We release 2 capsules a year. We’d love to hear what you would like to see in the next capsule collection, let us know via our contact us page.

Question Can I purchase a BKSP gift card?
AnswerWe offer e-gift cards delivered directly to your email inbox. To purchase your e-gift card please visit our gift card product.
Question Which charity do you support with your profits?
AnswerWe work directly with local charities that are supporting the 25% of young Australians who will face mental illness, social isolation, or extreme disadvantage.

We have done our homework to find organisations whose programs deliver meaningful and long term impact to our at-risk young people. We want to make sure young people have the support and resources to thrive now and in to the future.

Question What does BKSP mean?
AnswerBKSP stands for Black Sheep. We are the women who honour our differences as the things that make us unique. We know who we are and we’re not afraid to stand out of the crowd.

We use our clothing as an expression of who we are – it’s playful and stylish, it supports us and moves with us throughout our day. We’re individuals who are all connected by our drive to live authentically, with purpose and make a difference to the issues close to our hearts.

Question I haven't been sent an order confirmation email.
AnswerYou will receive an email from us shortly after your purchase has been made, if it hasn’t landed in your inbox check your spam & junk folders just in case! If it’s still not there, drop us a message here and we’ll check for any typos and get the email resent to you!
Question Can I cancel my order?
AnswerIf you’ve made a mistake and need to cancel your order get in touch with us ASAP so we can try to help. If your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch, we’ll try and action this.  Check the message in your order confirmation email and send us a note with your order number here.
Question What payment methods & currency do you accept?
AnswerYou can shop in AUD and NZD using the flag in the top left corner to choose your currency. Upon checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Credit card payment. You can also checkout with Paypal and Afterpay.
Question I can’t process payment for my order, what can I do?
AnswerWe currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only, if your billing and shipping address are located outside of these countries you will be unable to process your order.

Double check your shipping and billing details are complete and correct, and try checking out using a different web browser. 

If you’re still having an issue let us know or contact your bank about the payment.

Question Are payment and shopping on your site safe and secure?
AnswerTotally! We take your privacy seriously. For more information please see BKSP Privacy Policy. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. BKSP does not store your personal credit card information so we will ask for this to process any returns.
Question What does pre-order mean?
AnswerWhen we can, we’ll give you the option to pre-order unavailable items. You’ll see the option on the product page along with an estimated time frame and make sure you receive your order as soon as stock is available. 

Pre-ordering also means we never produce more products than we need, ensuring minimal wastage and helping to protect our environment.

Question Can I make changes to my order once payment has been confirmed?
AnswerIf your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch, we’ll try and accommodate your request. Please email us ASAP with your request and don’t forget to add your order reference.
Question My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out stock, why is this?
AnswerOn some occasions an item may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pack your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.
Question Can I use Afterpay?
AnswerAbsolutely! We accept Afterpay as a payment method. 

If using Afterpay, your payments and payment schedule will be organised securely via Afterpay directly. BKSP is not responsible for Afterpay and any payment issues will need to be resolved directly with Afterpay. Washing Instructions

Question How to care for my new garments?
AnswerEach item of clothing will have washing instructions attached to the inside of the garment.

Generally we recommend cold machine wash on a gentle cycle using environmentally responsible laundry detergents and drying in the fresh air.

Drying garments out of direct sunlight in a shadier spot extends the colour and life of your clothes.

Delivery, Exchanges & Returns

AnswerWe currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Question How much is shipping?
AnswerWe offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150

For orders below $150, shipping charges are:


Standard post – $10 – Delivery within 1-6 business days

Express post – $12 – Next business day delivery in metro areas when you order before 12pm weekdays

New Zealand:

DHL International express post – $12 – Delivery within 2-3 business days

Please note standard and express Australia post shipments will be delivered via e-parcel. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Australia Post will never leave the parcel unattended. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm weekdays.

BKSP reserves the right to withhold shipments whilst pending confirmation of the recipient’s delivery address, payment details or proof of identification.

Question Do you offer express or next day delivery?
AnswerYes we do! We offer next day express delivery for metro areas. If you need your BKSP by a certain date, we recommend this option. Orders must be placed before 12pm AEST for same day shipping on weekdays. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.

Question Can I track my delivery?
AnswerYou can track your order here you’ll just need your tracking number from your order dispatch email. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your online account.

Question I need to return my BKSP order, how can I do this?
AnswerYou can request a return on our website here for any orders you have received. You’ll just need your order number from your order confirmation email to submit the request.

Question BKSP Returns Conditions
AnswerIf you need to return your BKSP items, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging in order for us to accept your request. Please ensure the items are packaged properly and include the order paperwork they came with (or a note with your order details) so we know it’s your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so we suggest you used the tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.

Refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days following receipt and refunds are made to the original payment method only. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; but shipping costs will not be refunded if you paid for delivery.

Goods purchased “on-sale” will not be refunded other than in the event of them being faulty.

Question The items in my BKSP order are incorrect, what should I do?
AnswerWe apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

If you are missing items from your order, received incorrect or extra items, please contact us.
