Returns and Exchange

We hope you love your BKSP products just as much as we do. However, we have a Returns Policy in place if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  1. Contact within 7 days of receiving items to be eligible for a return and store credit.
  2. Get a confirmation email within 24 hours of lodging a return with all the information needed to complete the rest of the return.
  3. Allow up to 7 days for the return to be finalized after a parcel is received at the BKSP warehouse.
  4. Refunds will not be issued on non-faulty items.
  5. Only store credit will be provided once the return item/s is/are received back at our warehouse.
  6. This credit note can be used to either repurchase item/s in the desired size, or choose something completely different from our website. Store credit will not include shipping costs.
  7. Full refunds or physical exchanges are not offered for a product unless it is deemed faulty upon inspection. In some scenarios, a faulty item will be required for further inspection from team BKSP.
  8. BKSP returns policy lasts 7 days after the purchase has been received. If this time frame has passed since receiving a purchase, unfortunately, a store credit in exchange for items cannot be offered.

When returning a parcel:

  • Standard/ regular post is advised as the most cost-effective option.
  • Keep all relevant return information, including order return tracking number, in case any issues arise.
  • If the package is lost while being returned, BKSP will not be held responsible.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item/s to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition.
  2. Garments with distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  3. Tags must still be intact on the garments.
  4. Items that are on sale cannot be returned. Please double-check sizing as no credit note will be issued in exchange for these items.
  5. Items that are outside of the BKSP 7 day return period cannot be returned. Contact in case of further queries
  6. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with BKSP standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted.
  7. Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Pre-sale conditions:

  • By opting in and paying for an item purchased on pre-sale, it is understood that this product will be allocated to the customer in the pre-ordering process.
  • No full refunds on pre-sale items will be entertained.
  • In case of a pre-sale order, a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the product will be paid by the customer
